Did they rip me off?  Intentionally?  Anyone know a copyright lawyer?  Do I have a case?

This is the cover illustration for the False Facts, volume 1 comic book that I have been funding on Kickstarter.  So far I’ve raised $900 of the $2000 I need to print the book.  Please consider donating to the cause, there are some nice rewards for doing so and all the cool kids are doing it. I suppose I should note that this is a poor photograph of the illustration, not the final product.  The final product will have words and a white background and it will be holographic and seizure inducing.
