You are providing the wrong kind of feedback.  Here’s a fun game for work: try to decide which letter of the alphabet most sounds like guitar feedback.  This will necessitate at least 3 colleagues making feedback sounds and then trying different letters.  You should probably rope in a few more co-workers to vote on which one is best.  When you’re done, donate to the False Facts Kickstarter and tell all your friends about it.
